Champions Manchester City will be in celebratory mood when they host Swansea City at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday to cap a shortened week of fixtures in the Premier League.
The abbreviated program will begin with West Bromwich Albion hosting a Liverpool side hoping to close the gap on bitter rivals Manchester United in second. United will be playing in one of two FA Cup semi-finals to be held this weekend, the reason for the reduced number of matches.

West Bromwich Albion vs. Liverpool
The Baggies are inching closer and closer to relegation, despite last week's shock 1-0 win over United at Old Trafford. While a second win against a top-six side may seem fanciful, the timing could be in West Brom's favour.
Liverpool could have one eye on the UEFA Champions League semi-final against AS Roma. The first leg takes place at Anfield on Tuesday, so Reds manager Jurgen Klopp may be inclined to rest key players.
Klopp did the same in the recent Merseyside derby at Everton, ahead of facing City in Europe's last eight, with forwards Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah left out of the starting XI in favour of Danny Ings and Dominic Solanke.Ings could be in line for another league start.Robbie Jay Barratt - AMA/Getty Images
Salah may want to play some part on Saturday, though, since he's locked in a battle for the Golden Boot with Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane. It's Salah who leads the way having scored 30 goals in the league.
The Egypt international would likely fancy adding to his tally against a defence breached 52 times.

Liverpool should just edge this one, but if the visitors' minds are on Roma, a Baggies squad not yet prepared to give up hope could earn another notable win.
Arsenal vs. West Ham United
Arsenal can't do much to change their league position but will be conscious of the pressure Burnley are putting on their place in sixth. The Gunners have been strong at home, winning four of their last five matches at the Emirates Stadium, scoring 14 goals in the process.
Like Liverpool, though, Arsenal may be focused on Europe, with the first leg of the UEFA Europa League semi-final against formidable Atletico Madrid taking place on Thursday.
One player who will have a clear mind for Premier League duty is striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The Gunners' record signing is ineligible for Europe, but he has quickly hit his stride in England's top flight, scoring five goals and providing a pair of assists in his last five appearances.Aubameyang is in prolific form.James Williamson - AMA/Getty Images
As good as he's been, Aubameyang won't be the only in-form striker in action when the Hammers visit north London. Marko Arnautovic's goals and creativity have powered West Ham towards safety, with the Austria international scoring nine times and supplying four assists.
Arnautovic will surely provide a stern test for a shaky Arsenal defence.
If the Gunners can keep things secure early, Aubameyang can again prove decisive in another home win.
Manchester City vs. Swansea City
The Citizens wrapped up the title on April 15 after Manchester United's shock defeat to West Brom. A classy 3-1 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley Stadium the day prior proved to be enough for City to claim the top prize. Yet there are still a few notable records for the champions to chase.
Among them, City have the most goals, most wins and most points ahead of second in their sights, per Adam Smith of Sky Sports. With this many records still left to play for, expect City manager Pep Guardiola to continue picking a strong starting XI. The sight of Raheem Sterling, Leroy Sane and Gabriel Jesus in attack will be daunting for a Swansea side still not safe from the threat of relegation.
A run of three draws and one win from their last four matches mean the Swans are still just five points clear of the bottom three. Don't expect it to change against a City side determined to close out a memorable season in style.
