Bradford missed all but two games during the regular season with a knee injury.
If Bradford dresses for Sunday's game, he could serve as the backup behind starter Case Keenum.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported it is unknown if Bradford will dress, but he said the veteran is "quite healthy."
With Bradford missing nearly the entire regular season, Keenum stepped in and enjoyed the best year of his career.
Keenum went 11-3 as a starter and played in one other game, completing 67.6 percent of his passes for 3,547 yards and 22 touchdowns with seven interceptions.
Minnesota finished 13-3 and secured the No. 2 seed in the NFC.
While Bradford was out, Teddy Bridgewater returned from a knee injury that cost him the 2016 season and assumed the backup role behind Keenum.
Bradford started two games, including the 2017 season opener, a 29-19 win over the Saints.
That game was arguably the best of Bradford's career, as he completed 84.4 percent of his passes for 346 yards and three touchdowns with zero interceptions.
