Former Strictly Come Dancing star Gleb Savchenko has suggested that relationships between celebs and professional dancers only ever happen on the show when the people involved are obviously looking for them.
When asked about the infamous 'Strictly curse' by This Morning's Holly Willoughby, Gleb said: "If you're looking for it, you'll find it.
"If you stay focused on your work – with Anita [Rani], we just rehearsed, rehearsed, rehearsed. Whoever is looking for it will find it."
Gleb was partnered with Countryfile's Anita Rani on the BBC One ballroom dancing competition last year, and the duo reached the semi-finals before being knocked out.
Gleb recently announced he was quitting the show after just one year to spend more time with his family. He's married to fellow professional dancer Elena Samodanov, and they have a 5-year-old daughter called Olivia.
And what does Elena think about the so-called Strictly curse? Well...
"Next week is our tenth anniversary, and we've been doing TV for six years, and we really trust each other," she said.
"We really love each other and we've never heard [of a] Strictly curse."
Last year's series saw Georgia May Foote eventually split with her former Corrie co-star Sean Ward, later going on to start a relationship with her former >Strictly partner Giovanni Pernice.
And other couples who got together after they competed on the show include Kristina Rihanoff and Ben Cohen – who are weeks away from welcoming their first baby together – plus Flavia Cacace and Jimi Mistry, who got married at the end of 2013.
Meanwhile, Gleb also revealed to Holly and guest host James Martin that he'd like to turn his hand to acting and modelling.
And he's also making a dance and choreography series with Elena, so has no immediate plans to disappear from the spotlight just yet.
Celebrities rumoured for this year's Strictly Come Dancing include Louise Redknapp, Judge Rinder and Corrie's Ryan Thomas.
This Morning airs on weekdays on ITV, and Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC One later this year.
