But Christine McGuinness, the wife of TV presenter Paddy, gushed of how incredibly proud she is of their children in a poignant Instagram post that celebrated the end of their first school year on Friday.
The Real Housewives of Cheshire star, 30, shared a sweet snap of herself and her three kids - twins Penelope and Leo, both five, and Felicity, one - kicking off the summer holidays with a stroll in some idyllic grounds.

She wrote alongside the image: 'My babies are growing up so fast! Leo and Penelope have finished their first year at school and Felicity has settled so well into nursery.

'This time last year I was fighting for the twins EHCP so they would get extra support at school. I still hadn’t decided on where to send them and I wasn’t feeling confident they were even ready to go.
'They have surprised me so much and made me proud every day.'
Going on to praise her children's teachers for their help, Christine added: 'My superstars and shining brighter than ever.

Christine has spoken openly about the struggles of parenting children with autism, and told OK! magazine in April that after her twins were diagnosed, her and Paddy's youngest child is starting the show the same traits.
She said: 'Felicity can’t be diagnosed until she’s three. And she could be copying the twins’ mannerisms, but even at six months old she was tensing her body when she was excited.
'She walks on tiptoes and she does a flapping arm movement when she’s happy or excited. These are common signs of autism.'

Last month, Christine took to social media to share a candid video from a family trip to CBeebies Land, saying the weekend had proven a struggle after her children suffered several 'epic meltdowns.'
Saying it was her last ride, Christine told her followers taking care of twins Leo and Penelope - who suffer from autism - and daughter Felicity, 18 months, had been a challenge, adding that she will be glad for the trip to be over.
She captioned the video: 'I'm so ready to say goodbye to this weekend. It’s been full of ups and downs.
'I’ve laughed and cried more than usual because things have been much more difficult than usual and when things get difficult.. I have to laugh!
'Thank you to my hubby and my mummy for being here, I needed you.'
